As Senior Director of Project Management, Dr. Ford leads product development planning and effective execution of clients’ projects, coordinating different teams of scientific, clinical, regulatory, and manufacturing leads.

He ensures the projects stay on track and budget, proactively solves problems and fosters effective communication among stakeholders. At Radyus, Dr. Ford successfully managed over 30 international projects from lead candidate optimization to IND-enabling activities.

He completed his PhD and postdoctoral fellowship at Loyola University Chicago.
