Dr. Couch is the Director of Operations at Radyus, where she leads the company’s operational strategies and ensures seamless collaboration with clients and vendors. Her work focuses on maintaining compliance with quality regulations, streamlining processes, and driving operational efficiency across all business functions.

Dr. Couch earned her PhD in Pharmacology from Emory University. At Radyus, she combines her scientific expertise and operational skills to excel in project management, contract negotiation, and business operations. Her analytical approach fosters innovation and efficiency within the organization.

Before joining Radyus, Dr. Couch gained extensive research experience and developed a strong foundation in the life sciences through her academic and professional journey. She holds a dual Bachelor's and Master's degree in Biomolecular Sciences from Lipscomb University, with an emphasis in Immunology, and contributed to research initiatives at Vanderbilt University.
