Dr. Chilton serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Radyus Research. With over 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles across biotech, large pharma, and contract research organizations, Dr. Chilton is skilled in international life sciences leadership and management.

He also brings extensive expertise in preclinical development planning and execution, in addition to the proven track record of building businesses, developing strategies, and fostering cross-functional teams.

Throughout his four-decade career at GSK, Inotiv, Roivant, and others, Dr. Chilton has successfully led multiple pharmaceutical programs through preclinical development and into clinical stages. He holds a PhD in analytical chemistry from the University of Hertfordshire.
